The Law4Devs database is protected under the sui generis right for databases established by EU Directive 96/9/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 1996, as transposed into French law under Articles L341-1 to L343-4 of the Code de la propriété intellectuelle.
Substantial investment has been made in obtaining, verifying, and presenting the structured content. Any extraction or re-utilisation of a substantial part of the database contents — by any means and in any form — without prior written authorisation from Hamlaoui & Co. is strictly prohibited.
